This site contains four spreadsheets providing data for named FTSE 350 companies, covering the following:

• remuneration data for lead executives that were in post for a full year
• remuneration data for finance directors that were in post for a full year
• remuneration data for non executive directors that were in post for a full year
• incentive scheme practice in these same companies

The four datasheets are provided in Microsoft Excel format.

The data shown on this website is prepared as part of the research work for the 2006 edition of the annual IDS Directors' Pay Report, the authoritative guide to boardroom pay in Britain's leading quoted companies. The survey is based on the top 350 companies in the FTSE 500. The data for lead executives and finance directors is based on those in post for the full 12 months of the most recent financial year for which data is available.
